About: Russells Hall Hospital / Ophthalmology West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I had transport to take me to the app which was on time to pick me up. Arrived at Russell Hall Hospital and was taken directly to the eye clinic by the driver. He booked me in. I was seen by staff very quickly, no hanging around. The staff were very caring.
