About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was very satisfied with my doctor who explained everything to me. TRAQS offered me a cancelled appointment to see a consultant which was earlier than expected.

Thank you for taking the time to give TRAQS some feedback following your recent referral.

I am happy that TRAQS were able to offer you an earlier appointment than you expected. As TRAQS use a 'live booking system' we are able to offer cancellations when they become available. The TRAQS team will always offer the first available appointment and whenever this is not suitable will endeavour to book an appointment at a date/time and hospital to suit the patient.
