"unsatisfied and disappointed with NHS"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Anything else?

horrible twelve hours in Hull Royal, there seemed to be plenty of staff walking around so why did it take so long, people were sat in chairs in AAU who had come in with chest pains, and other more serious issues, but again they were kept waiting, there was little or no contact with staff regarding how long we would be waiting, and if someone asked were told - we are treating ill patients, - what were we, just a number. Not many people go to hospital for a day out, they go because they need help. In the end I saw four different 'doctors' and they all did the same tests ,asked the same questions, all wrote it down, what a complete waste of time for them and me. I got results in the end, but not without a struggle.

Absolute disgraceful organisation within the NHS, God knows what it will be like when they make further cuts.
