my daughter who is 6 years old and has cerebral palsy has had to wait over 2 hours from her agreed appt time at the optometrist.

My wife removed her from school and arrived with plenty of time to make appt, its a pity you could not show the same respect and do likewise, despite your pithy empty statements on your website showing your so called commitment to patient care.

my attempts to contact your PALS , after negotiating your absolute joke of a voice recognition telephony system, met with no one in that dept as it was 16.30!
