I was a patient at the Nottingham City hospital for a shoulder replacement. I arrived at the ward at 7am and was in theatre by 8.40 - excellent service!
The ward staff were always very caring and cheerful, and the standard of cleanliness was very high.
I was only in hospital for 2 nights, but it was a happy experience!
