Following my operation at Russell Hall in the day case centre on Saturday 9th March & my subsequent overnight stay in ward B6,

I can only give praise to all staff involved in my care.They all showed great professionalism & dedication .

This started from my initial visit in January, to the quick turn round of getting a date for the procedure.All the staff & surgical team in the day case centre kept me well informed about how they were going to proceed & did so with a sense of humour to put me at ease ahead of the operation.

Following the procedure I had an unexpected overnight stay in ward B6 where all the staff again worked well to give me a head start in recovery. They all offered excellent advice , making sure I was in good shape to leave with all documentation, medication in order & final checks that all was well where the op site was.Again this was all done with a smile & a sense of humour.

Many thanks to all of you at Russell Hall & well done it has been much appreciated.
