i was recently in the pye oliver ward and the level of service varied enormously. Some of the staff were excellent and all doctors were good but others were appalling. There was no respect, no explanation, complete lack or dignity for patients on numerous occasions. An example would be watching them shout at other patients who were in pain and just pulling the curtain on them and walking away when they are still talking. Its a shame as it detracts from the good staff members but i will be making a formal complaint about them soon.
