Felt that the triage nurse was under extreme pressure and that he was overwhelmed - surely this assessemtn area should be seperate from the main a nd e as everyone could see what was going on = no dignity for some - if and i accept that a wait is neccessary why have a tv on with no sound? and when calling patient names were they called from the corner so no one could hear clearly what was said - need more investment here I think
