Out of Hours doctors are being let down by the management of their system. My husband called them for pain relief which was agreed by the doctor. 8 hours later on a Sunday the local chemist still had not received the fax. Out of Hours claimed they had changed their fax number. It was Boots, in George Street, Hove. They hadn't changed their number. Who checks these simple but life threatening issues?
