I was a patient on ward F18 at Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre last month for a knee replacement. The standard of care which I received during my time there was of a very high standard - the doctors and nurses were all very caring and professional. Information and decision making was shared appropriately and I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
Thank you to all the nursing staff on F18, as they are worth their weight in gold.
