Dear Manager.

I attended the out patients dept., on sat 9th March and after registering my details, I was seen quickly by a nurse and soon after by a Doctor.

I cannot thank them enough for the close attention and my thanks goes to all the staff who were exemplory.All the nurses,auxilary and doctor were very caring and treated me perfectly and informed me of the back up to follow.
