I was admitted to A&E last Friday and while the department was very clean and the nursing staff very friendly and helpful, the doctor discharged me with little information, saying they would contact me to arrange a further appointment- this was a week ago and I have still not heard anything from them.

I subsequently went to see my GP who said the hospital had not sent them any information about the accident and had failed to carry out the appropriate tests. The GP sent me to Homerton Hospital yesterday evening and they were extremely helpful
