There is no possibility that I could recommend the opthamology department at Leighton Hospital to anyone I know.

Whilst the my consultant is knowledgeable and the nurses try their best amongst the confusion, the administration of the department is extremely poor and in my experience has failed to deliver on every occasion I have either had or tried to get an appointment.

This level of customer service would not be accepted in the private sector.

We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced problems in trying to get an appointment for the Eye Care Centre and that you have cause to feel dissatisfied with the service.
