Hi,

I am having problem in my ear more then 4 years,I booked a appointment at wipps cross hospital in 201o but they cancelled for some reason,my problem was continue,I feel to much disappointed at work because of that, I booked another appointment at wipps cross hospital leyton through my gp on 22/02/2013 at 10 am.On 22/02 I took day off from my work for my appointment,I woke up early in the morning it was to much cold,took my bicycle to wipps croos,I cycled about 12 miles,when I reached to the hospital and receptionist told me that my appointment has been cancelled,I didn't believe,I showed her my appointment letter,but she checked again and told me that it has been cancelled,and I need to speak to appointment management team because it is their fault,they should inform you before that,and also they did't reefer my case to audiology,when I went to management team they told me that they wrote me about my appointment cancellation,but they didn't write any letter I haven't got anything from them,I asked them to give me the copy of that letter which you wrote to me but they refused me to do that.After all I cycle back to my home.Today I rang to audiology department on this tel no 02085356686 at 14:18 (07/03/2013) to asked them to make a appoint,but they told me that they still haven't received any email or any information about my case(they still didn't reefer my case to them).I am having to much listening problem at work and society,I don't know what should I do or who I should speak,I m to much disappointed?Or I should continue my life with this disability.
