"blood test"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

Anything else?

I was expecting a lift to the hospital, but at the last moment due to a serious accident in the family I had to drive myself.

I managed to park the car easily as it was almost six-o-clock.

I went in and then realised in my panic about getting there I had left my form on the

table at home, it was too late for me to go back and get it.

I was in despair, but I thought maybe I could try to et it done without the form.

The two staff who were on duty were so kind and helpful, they managed to get a

copy for me and the blood was taken.

I can't thank them enough I was trying to stay calm but felt like screaming, it was almost the end of the day but they were still ready to be helpful. Well done.
