The consultants outpatient clinic is the most efficient I have ever attended. I was seen absolutely bang on time as well as being accompanied by a Senior Staff Nurse & was made to feel as if I were the most important patient there. For the past 7 months I have been a cancer 'in & out patient' in 4 different hospitals across Surrey & Berks where waiting time was never less than one hour & generally 2 hours.

An unbelievable experience & shows what can be achieved in the NHS if the system is right.

Perhaps this could be rolled out across other hosptials too?
