"4 months & still awaiting scan results"

Anything else?

I attended this hospital in Nov 2012 for a scan on a very large hernia it is now March 2013 & I have yet to hear a thing I called xray dept 10 days ago whi said that the consultant had them but they were not available, they assured me they would get my results faxed to my Doctor & even to took my Doctors number. But still nothing I have called repeatedly & get no answer at all phone just rings & rings

This condition is now affecting my work & i really hope I do not lose my job due to the apalling service offered at this hospital

and xray dept not even listed on drop down below?
