"unacceptable 77 week waiting time from the..."

Anything else?

the waiting time to get my wife to have treatment has so far taken 77 weeks. I have been informed that the maximum waiting time should be 36 weeks. In all this time my wife is in constant pain, no matter who i speak to about this, no one seems to be interested enough to help. I am now at a loss as to whom i can contact that will actually do anything to help my wife. Is there anyone out there who can suggest anything.

Thank you for sharing with us ... although unfortunately I can't take the credit for this service as your feedback has been posted within the maternity services run at RJAH by The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust rather than the main hospital page at http://www.nhs.uk/Services/hospitals/Overview/DefaultView.aspx?id=1604 I hope this has already been resolved, but if not then please do contact their Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 404606 or find out more on the hospital website at http://www.rjah.nhs.uk/Patient---Visitors/Patient-Support/Patient-Liaison-Service.aspx
