My daughter was referred following discovery of breast lump. Appointment was within one week of referral. She was seen by 3 doctors including senior consultant and given ultrasound. Results were given on the spot.. All the staff responded to her fears and questions with the utmost professionalism and sympathy. We were most particularly impressed by the "one stop service" with no further time for worries or delays. Thank you Charing Cross.
