The staff didn't have a clue when we arrived by ambulance, told to go to one place and then we were dumped out to the waiting room, over an hour to be triaged, then 3 hours to see a doctor, we came in with a child having a bad asthma attack! The place was filthy with syringe caps and dust an filth on the floor, the tv in the waiting area was inappropriate for the kids that were there. Doctor wasn't that helpful either an basically winged because the symptoms had gone, which they would after 4 hours! Something needs to be done ASAP !!
