(as the patient),

Visited North of Tyne IMATT today. After a year of physio, this doctor listened, was genuinely interested and pinpointed the problem in one visit. Offered treatment immediately, I was x-rayed prior to leaving and have a follow-up arranged in 4 weeks to discuss the options. Can't speak highly enough.

Many thanks for taking the time to get in touch. We are always pleased to hear about patients having a positive experience in any of our hospitals. Whilst we, Northumbria Healthcare, do manage Morpeth Cottage Hospital, the treatment you received there was from the IMATT team who actually work for a different organisation to us.
