Still waiting for a response from Countess of Chester automated line! It was an absolute delight to find that my call to Ellesmere Port Radiology dept. was answered by a friendly, competent human being after two rings. Within minutes, I was able to take my 90 year old father to the door, and he was seen within minutes of arriving. All staff we met were courteous, helpful, and efficient. In less than an hour, we were on our way home again - must be a record for a hospital visit. Well done, Ellesmere Port Radiology.

Radiology is not in our list of departments - it should be! Have had to tick Orthopaedics to reflect nature of injury.
