I was a patient on ward L4 at the Northern General hospital for the treatment of spinal injuries. The standard of care which I received, from both the medical and the nursing staff, was very good. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and I was always made to feel relaxed and comfortable.
The only thing which could have been better was the food.
