I had a cataract operation yesterday and I could not fault the care and attention that I received on Beckett ward. The staff were efficient, courteous and kind and the whole atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The nurses were professional and explained the procedure simply. The ward was clean and bright. Well done St Alban's hospital and the NHS. I have had procedures done privately but this was 100% better.
