visited A&E in february 2013 after I had a fall. Reception staff and nurses I saw were polite and efficient, but the doctor who examined me was brusque and uncaring. A&E wasn't busy and there were a lot of doctors hanging around chatting to each other, but the doctor who I saw was rude and couldn't be bothered to show me any respect or kindness. I don't know any other job where the workers would be allowed to get away with the how badly some doctors treat their customers. I wouldn't recommend this hospital.
