I was admitted at very short notice in the late afternoon, with problems with the "waterworks". I was seen by a doctor very quickly - I think within the hour - and by Mr Pantelides and his team the following morning. I had several tests, was operated on and discharged within 10 days.
I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated whilst I was in the Hospital. Everyone from the consultant to the ward cleaner was courteous and caring. The ward staff were kind and supportive especially on the day I was informed of the diagnosis. I have now been on medication for almost a year; follow-up has been good and I am told results of tests are encouraging
