Anything else?
I telephoned the hospital Physio Dept to confirm they had recieved my referral which they hadn't, but the lady on the phone was pleasant and as helpful as I could wish. She ensured all my details were accurate (which they weren't) so when the referral did come in they could respond in a timely manner. I know this is only initial but having been in touch with many hospitals before, I'm looking forward to getting my treatment and William Harvery now.
