I have been to St. Marys a few times lately due to different reasons. I experienced the A&E and Sexual Health Clinic and was very happy with the service and help received everywhere. All members of staff I delt with were very friendly, professional and gave me a good and comfortable feeling of being looked after well. And I liked the fact that everyone, especially the doctors were very humane and admitted that they also sometimes forget to drink water or peel their skin on the fingers when they are stressed. That was comforting and showed they are humans as well.

However, I would like to make a suggestion for the A&E. It is acceptable to wait longer for a doctor to be seen, but especially in winter the waiting area gets very cold and to sit on hard and cold chairs/ banches is not so nice. Maybe some cushions would do. And I think also especially in winter a vending machine with warm drinks might be good, not only cold ones.

Overall, I have to say "Well done" St. Marys, keep it up like this and Thank you!
