Anything else?
It took three attempts to get put through to the correct extension. The web page gives a telephone number that is actually a call centre who put me through to the wrong number. I had to phone again through to the main reception which rang for ages. Tried again before getting to a receptionist who put me through.
If you list telephone numbers on the web please at least clarify that this is not the direct number and educate your call staff to use the correct numbers and improve their customer service attitude.
