"New appointment and support needed"

I missed an appointment for my feet 6 months ago because my jacket was stolen and my card was in my jacket. I went to Sherwood Drive Health Centre and was told they would ring me and send out a fresh appointment, this has still not happened and I really need them doing. They did a good job when I was there and I want to go there again, and I am disappointed that I have not had an appointment as I used to go every 3 months and it was a good service.

Also I used to go and see a psychiatrist 2 years ago and it was always really brief he used to say keep taking the tablets and I will see you in 3 or 6 months. He never seemed to be bothered or listen to how I was. Sometimes he was late and did not apologise. One time he was talking into his machine as I was trying to talk. Now I do not even know whether I am on any list.

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) provides confidential, advice and support, helping you to sort out any concerns you may have about the care we provide. PALs act independently when handling concerns, liaising with staff and managers to negotiate solutions. If necessary, they can also refer you to specific local or national-based support agencies.
