General very poor service asked nurse to fill my water when she was standing next to water she refused said it was not her Job just an example of the servise that they give. panic button seems to have a twn minute delay before any response

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concern. I am very sorry that this was your experience on the wards during your hospital stay.

Your concern will be discussed with the staff to reinforce the importance of re-filling water jugs, which is the responsibility of all staff.
