"Accessable appointments"

Further to the story I told this morning. I have finally got through to the Manor Park surgery, Bramley after being on hold for 6-7 minutes this was after getting cut off numerous occasions. At 8.23am, I was told there are no more appointments for the day, this is now my second day of trying so I now have to call again tomorrow, I was asked to come & queue in the morning but I work! The one thing I have noticed on the Manor Park website is that all but one of the doctors only seem to work a three & half or four day week, not five like the rest of us.

Thank you for your comment. I am sorry to hear of the problems you have experienced at Manor Park Surgery with regard to accessing GP appointments and I will share your concerns with both the PCT Improvement Manager who works closely with the GP Practice and also the GP Practice Manager. I will provide an update of their response.
