on 1/3/13 i had an endoscopy at the day surgery unit.on arrival i was greeted by friendly staff and quickly and professionally processed.A very friendly/professional nurse guided me to the ward,reassuringly explaining and advising me on all stages of my procedure..(.as i am a nurse myself i was quite apprehensive!!) I was again escorted to the theatre by a very pleasant immaculate young nurse and again put at ease just by talking to me.I cannot find fault with anything..the cleanliness was amazing,the staff were all well presented and no unnecessary delays. well done to everybody
