I was referred to the urology dept (Clinic 7) by my GP. My consultant explained exactly what needed to be done and what the possible outcomes might be.

Following a number of procedures including DRE, biopsy, cyctoscopy, ultrasound, and MRI, I can report that at all stages, and on every visit, communications both written and verbal, before and after the procedures were timely and comprehensive. The care and attention shown to me by staff at all levels during those procedures, must have been examples of best practice, because I cannot see how they could have been been improved without being offered unnecessary luxuries. Well done and thanks to KMH and the NHS.
