Sadly my mother passed away at the beginning of November 2012. The last week of her life was being cared for on ward 21. Mum was put on the Liverpool living pathway, this enabled one of us to be with mum at all times. The care she received was wonderful dignified and very caring. We were treated with kindness and consideration and not made to feel in the way at all. To be able to stay with mum was very comforting at a sad time in our lives. Thank you to all the staff.

We are pleased you were happy with the service we provided in Respiratory Medicine at Fairfield General Hospital and that you or a family member were able to be with your mother at all times
