One of my pledges was to visit front line staff to listen to the positive practice and challenges they have to keep me connected to clinical practice. I visited Queens hospital in London and heard fantastic work to improve the challenges they have. I thanked the staff for the energy and commitment they show everyday to improving the care for patients.
Reminded me that every organisation has its challenges and every day there is wonderful care provided by dedicated staff!
