"Outpatients visit to eye department"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

Anything else?

My wife andI brought a neighbour for an appointment to the eye clinic department..

The appointment wa a few minute late but the staff aplogised which is appreciated.

Further unexpected test were needed immediately. eventually ending up in the A & E department., which resulted iin an overnight stay for our neighbour

We were absolutely delighted with every member of staff, their care, concern and commitment was faultless.. ( even the lady on reception in the eye department came to assure our friend that although she was going home, that some one would be with us in a few minutes, and there was someone there within 2 or 3 minutes.

Sorry that we could not remember the name of every one but your commitment , care and courtesy was excellent. Thank you all most sincerely to Doctors., Nurses and Staff

Thank you for getting in touch. I’m pleased to hear of the first class care your neighbour received at our hospital.

We will pass on your kind words to colleagues in the relevant department so they can share with staff.
