I arrived at reception and was greeted by a friendly member of staff. I was called after one and a half hours which wasn't too bad as waiting time stated a two hour wait. Unfortunately the Dr I saw made a diagnosis regarding my painful foot with a quick glance down from his desk and without even examining it, just told to rest as I've probably strained it. I was so shocked at the lack of care that i received that I just limped out. i have since attended another hospital and was given a correct diagnosis of a fractured metatarsal. I will never return or recommend this hospital to anyone, what a shame as it used to be so good!
