I was recommended to have my toenails removed which did make me feel very anxious, but the staff were brilliant and I was given all the information I needed and was allowed to ask even the silliest questions without being made to feel stupid so that I could make an informed decision. When I had the procedure done I still felt in control and they did a fantastic job, and the follow up services have been brilliant. Their new booking system also works really well and I would really recommend to people that they can put themselves in the hands of the Podiatry staff and feel relaxed and confident that they are getting the best possible care.
