My experience of casualty was extraordinary. The medical staff were all fantastic from receptionist to nurse to doctor, including what I think was a medical student.

The patients in casualty however left me wondering how the staff manged to remain so cheerful. There were standards of personal hygeine I have not previously seen, and consistent selfish, loud, obnoxious and sometimes threatening behaviour.

The NHS staff I guess have to put up with the in every part of the country. I take my hat off to them.
