"Cleanliness is an issue"

Anything else?

The visitors toilets by the main entrance to the hospital were not clean and had no soap and the soap dispenser seemed to have been removed from the wall. Other areas of the hospital also seemed to be unclean.

All of the staff I met were extremely helpful and professional. I think it's a shame that they have to work in this environment.

I am very sorry you found the hospital environment dirty. Our cleaning partners are required to ensure that the hospital is clean and tidy, so it is of concern if these standards are slipping. As your comment does not state when you attended the trust we cannot investigate what happened that day, so if you would like this to be taken further please contact our PALs department on Tel: 020 8836 4592
