Why oh why oh why doesn't this website include a plan of the site and of each floor of the buildings so we can get some idea of where we need to go before we get there? Or, if there is a plan of the site somewhere, why can't I find it? I'm not stupid, you know - really I'm not. And where is "audiology" on the list of departments I might have visited - I did have to go there this morning, as well as to ENT.

We are working on providing better plans of the site to assist patients and visitors. We also have volunteers who will help with wayfinding and assist patients who need extra help to find the relevant clinic.
