My Brother Barrie was admitted to your hospital on the afternoon of Friday 15th February 2013 and I just wanted to thank all the staff in A & E for looking after him. The care , treatment and investigations carried out with such speed were outstanding, the compassion and care of all the staff we met in A & E was exceptional. Barrie was then transferred to ICU/HDU ward where he stayed for a week, the treatment, investigations, care, patience, compassion, understanding and dedication of everyone on this ward was outstanding. The Consultants, Doctors and nurses on ICU/HDU are a credit to the nursing profession, nothing was ever to much trouble which helped and re-assured us that Barrie would get better and he did. I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for nursing my big brother Barrie back to good health.
