"Quick response and good choice"

I was happy with the quick response for an appointment for a hernia op and the choices of hospitals offered. Unfortunately I am not sure whether I was given an actual appointment on the call - may have been my fault - I was more focused on my husband’s immediate admission to Derriford major op. He has now had it done successfully

Thank youI am really pleased you were contacted quickly by the TRAC team who discussed your choice of appointments with you. As you have mentioned, your husbands admission would have been your priority at that time, following your phone call you should receive a confirmation of your appointment from your chosen hospital. If you have not received confirmation of an appointment in the post I would be more than happy to check any details for you.
