"mixed feelings"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Anything else?

I went with my mother to the hospital on Friday night was not well .they looked after her very well she has dementia .they admitted her on ward 15 at 4am.next morning I rang they said she was fine .I then got a phone call to say she could come home .got to the hospital about 3pm with mums clothes .I had to take her to the toilet as she was not clean got out of toilet and ambulance crew came and said we have not got time for you to get her dressed it Will take to long. When she arrived at the care home she was shivering with the cold and grey .she needed to be put to bed and warmed up.you know how cold it was on Saturday because we had small amount of snow.so you can see why I have mixed feelings .:-) if you treat people with dementia like this who can not fend for them self and I was very upset and did not speak up yo the ambulance men I did make the nurse write down I was not happy Angela
