I'm disappointed with this hospital because:

In less then week due your appointment they suddenly change time of your appointment, in which I can't make because I'm working and I already changed my shift to fit my earlier appointment.

When I tried to phone hospital and inform them about issue the phone was ringing for ages and when finally receptionist answered was rude and not interested to help me, anyway she transferred me to other line in which one no one even bother to answer.

I am very sorry that you experienced such a poor level of service from the hospital.
