On Feb 1st, I attended the clinic for a colonoscopy. Starting with the checking in procedure, I was treated with politeness, efficiency and excellent care. I would like to mention in particular a very kind staff nurse at the unit. He explained every step of the examination I was about to have and was such a calming influence on a very nervous patient.

I was so impressed at the speed with which my symptoms was dealt with. From my initial consultation with my excellent GP at Cranleigh Medical Practice,on January 15th, to the consultation with the Professor on January 18th to the colonoscopy on February 1st.
