My first operation for prostate reduction at the Royal Hallamshire hospital was in May 2007 - this did not work out, and so a further operation was scheduled for September 2007. Again, this did not correct the problem, and various tests have been carried out but as yet have been unable to get to the bottom of the trouble.
I have been treated well at the Hallamshire but feel that the treatment received could have been better coordinated so as to enable a definite diagnosis to be made and appropriate tratment carried out.
The support I have received at home from the District Nurses and support staff has been first class.
