I am writing on behalf of my sister in law and wanted to thank a few people for their professionalism afforded to her during their visit to the house due to her health condition.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks especially to the Occupational Therapist Claire Parker, who showed excellent practice and was able to provide reassurance and care to the patient. Claire provided a wonderful service and she offered an amazing patient experience with great interpersonal skills, excellent listening skills, and showed both empathy and support. It was also a wonderful experience to observe the support she provided to my sister-in-law and a pleasure for my sister-in-law to have worked with Claire. We would like this to be recognised with Claire's line management too if possible.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to Karen Stickland (Sister), Claire Goldsmith (Physio), Laura Marie-Brown (OT) as the support and service provided by them was also very good and should be recognised as good practice.
Again a big thank you to them all.
