(as the patient),

Mid January I attended at Bridgnorth Hospital for a hearing test. A most attractive hospital which has a most pleasing atmosphere which is apparent on arrival. Reception area bright and cheerful which extended to the receptionist. My 9. 30 appointment was right on time and the young lady was most helpful in my consultation and explained the procedures in great details. She had a most helpful attitude and sorted my hearing aids more efficiently and thoroughly. The whole consultation was most professional

We are really pleased to know that you were happy with your hearing test consulation and that you had a positive experience at Bridgnorth hospital. Thank you for your kind comments about the reception area and the receptionist which you found 'bright and cheerful'. It is really good when things work out well for our patients and they go home feeling happy and satisfied. Professionals work very hard to see patients on time, thank you for letting us know that your consultation was on time and that staff were professional, efficient and helpful. We hope we can continue to provide a high quality service to all our patients. I will share your story with all the staff at Bridgnorth.
